Hi, I'm Kelly Jo Thompson, founder of Koncepts Broker Solutions and an independent Medicare and insurance advisor based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

I help individuals, families, and seniors across central and southern Mississippi confidently navigate Medicare, life insurance, and retirement planning with personalized guidance and honest advice. My goal is simple: make insurance easy to understand so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

My passion for serving seniors comes from my own story. I was raised by my grandparents, whose kindness, integrity, and compassion continue to inspire the way I serve my clients today. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and genuine care—which is why you'll never be just another policy number to me.

With nearly a decade of experience, I specialize in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, final expense planning, chronic illness protection, and retirement income strategies. As an independent broker, I work with multiple top-rated insurance carriers, allowing me to recommend solutions based on your needs—not a company's sales goals.
